Looking for a place to host your next business meeting or event. PLATINUM Conference and Event Center offers all our conference rooms for rent on an hourly basis with a two-hour minimum.
These prices pertain to weekday use.

PLATINUM PROVIDES WITHOUT CHARGE:

A Platinum Concierge on Duty, for your event.

Your room is event ready and set to your specifications.

Unlimited Coffee, decaf, tea selection and hot water, iced water and/or lemonade.

Sound System and C.D. Projector with screen. No technical support is provided.

Unlimited wireless service to use with you laptop.

Catering and meal service is available, upon request.

We have a full service Business Center that can provide the following at very reasonable rates.
If we are doing a large amount of printing and/or binding, camera ready art must be provided in advance.

A 20% deposit is required to guarantee your date and requested room. All events require a day event insurance policy, naming Platinum as co-insured.
There will be a $125.00 charge for the rearranging of tables and chairs once the room is set for your event. There will be a 12% service charge for all parties.
PLATINUM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate out of control parties. Prices are subject to charge without notice. Upon receipt of your deposit, rates quoted will be honored.
