Planning a funeral or memorial service can be an overwhelming task. There are so many details to consider. Allow PLATINUM to help take the burden off your shoulders. Our well trained and compassinate staff are here to serve you and your guests.
We can accomodate 100 - 350 guests.
Four hours in PLATINUM for your gathering. Two hours in SUCCESS to serve your buffet PORTFOLIO available to accomodate overflow
Rate: $750 - $1,550 depending on level of service.

PLATINUM's Celebration of Life includes:

A Concierge on Duty, for your event.

All rooms event ready including set up, break down and clean up.

Use of table, chairs and serving tables.

Use of linens in either white, gray, red, navy blue, beige or burgundy.

Use of china, silverware for water and wine, condiments and napkins.

Unlimited coffee, decaf, hot tea, ice tea, lemonade or strawberry lemonade.

Use of catering kitchen with chafing dishes, serving platters, bowls and utensils at no extra charge.

Use of A.V. Equipment, P.A. System and projector for use with your laptop.

Servers to handle all the food, clearing and clean up. There is nothing for you or your guests to do but focus on your friends and family. (Number of servers depends on amount of guests)

Catering is not included in the price but we can assist in providing several menus anything from finger food to dessert bar to full meals. We can also refer several fine caterers.

REQUIREMENTS:
A 20% deposit is required to guarantee your date and requested room. All room rentals require a $250 cleaning deposit. Deposit will be held, not deposited. No permit is required to serve alcohol.
PLATINUM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to charge without notice. Upon receipt of your deposit, rates quoted will be honored.
