EVENT ROOM RENTAL RATES


Host your next special event at PLATINUM.
All conference rooms rent on an hourly basis with a two-hour minimum.

PLATINUM PROVIDES:

  • Party Ready Room:  Our team sets up everything in the room including tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, etc.  All you have to do is decorate and enjoy.  We even clean up after your event is over. 
  • Concierge on Duty: One of our team members will be available during your event to answer questions or to help you with last minute details. 
  • Table Linens: Tablecloths in either white, gray, red, beige, navy blue or burgundy are available to you at no extra charge.
  • Tableware: You don't have to rent dinnerware from your caterer or a party supply store. We have china, silverware, and glassware for water and wine, available at no extra charge.
  • Extras: We include condiments (salt & pepper sets, creamers, sugar set) and napkins at no extra charge.
  • Beverages: We include unlimited Coffee, decaf, hot tea and your choice of ice tea, lemonade or strawberry lemonade all at no extra charge.
  • Kitchen Privileges: You have access to our catering kitchen stocked with chafing dishes, platters, baskets, serving bowls and utensils all available at no extra charge. We even include the Sterno for the chafing dishes. 
  • Business Equipment: You have the use of  our Audio Visual Equipment including P.A. System with speakers and CD Projector.  There is no extra charge usage is arranged at the time of your final event meeting.  There will be a charge for last minute requests or unscheduled technical support.
  • SERVERS: You have our professional servers available to insure that your party runs smoothly and efficiently. Servers are highly recommended as they do everything to make sure you enjoy your event without the hassle of having to maintain it. The servers take the food from the source and set up the buffet, serve the buffet (if requested), refresh food as needed and clear the buffet once the meal is completed. During your event the servers are constantly observing the room for dirty dishes, empty glasses and paper waste. They clear the "dinner" away and make ready for the "party" part of the evening or event. Our servers will also cut and serve the cake, pre-pour and serve champagne and Martinellis Cider, for a toast. (We don't charge a seperate cake cutting or corking fee.  It's included in the server's fee.)  Servers wash all serving pieces, utensils and pots and pans and prepare leftovers for the trip home. When the party is over they clear the room of remaining dishes, glasses, and debris, break down the tables and chairs and get the room ready for the next event. Servers are available for $100.00 per server

    Our Server Ratios:
    1 server per 20 guests
    21-40 guests - two servers
    41-60 guests - three servers
    61-80 guests - four servers
    81-100 guests - five servers

    If you chose not to use our servers, you will need to make sure you have double the amount of help to ensure your event runs smoothly

    Bartenders are available at $125.00 per party

Platinum Staff sets up your room for your event.
TERMS:

A 20% deposit is required to guarantee your date and requested room.  More time upon request.
All room rentals require a $250.00 Cleaning Deposit. Deposit will be held, not deposited.
All room rentals required a Day of Event Insurance policy, naming PLATINUM as co-insured. Check with your insurance agent for this policy.
No permit is required to serve alcohol, a permit is needed if selling.


PLATINUM reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to charge without notice. Upon receipt of your deposit, rates quoted will be honored.
